The project «Golak 14» was implemented by ARC in the town of Razlog, Blagoevgrad region, Republic of Bulgaria. The main prerequisites for the implementation of this project were: the investment attractiveness of the region, the immediate proximity to the world-famous ski resort (town of Bansko), the well-developed infrastructure of the settlement, the magnificent nature of the region and the territories adjacent to the site, the logistics component (for example, the journey to the Mediterranean resort coast of Greece is less than two hours by car).

The house is located on a plot of 680 square meters. The backyard borders on a mountain and a forest. The front part of the plot overlooks the city street. The plot offers a panoramic view of the snow-capped ridges of Mount Pirin.

The house itself is a two-story mansard-type building in a classic European style. The usable area of ​​​​the house is 140 square meters. The house consists of: a) 1st floor – entrance area, storage room + boiler room, hall combined with kitchen, study, wardrobe, toilet + bathroom, spacious terrace; 2nd floor (attic) – bedroom, toilet, tea area + library.

The interior of the first floor is made in a clear classical Bulgarian style, the attic floor is covered with wood in light colors. The house is connected to all necessary communications and central sewage system. The house has a floor heating system. Heating is realized by means of a pellet solid fuel boiler.
