The Bliznatsi Village project was implemented in the Republic of Bulgaria, Varna region, Gorni Bliznak village. The choice of location was not accidental: on the one hand, the proximity to the regional center and the main logistics directions, on the other hand, an ecologically clean area, rural silence and the cleanest Black Sea coast with picturesque beaches.
The main idea of the project was to build a classic Bulgarian house with simple and understandable architecture in symbiosis with modern design solutions and energy-efficient materials. As a result, first an conceptual and then a working architectural project was prepared for a one-story house with a usable area of 130 square meters, located on a land plot of 1,300 square meters.
The house consists of: 1. an entrance group (corridor), smoothly turning into the main room — the hall; 2. the hall itself, equipped with a fireplace with a water heating function through the distribution of heating batteries to each individual room; 3. 2 bedrooms; 4. study; 5. 2 toilets combined with showers; 6. wardrobe; 7. utility room and terrace.
As mentioned earlier, the main priorities of ARC in low-rise construction are low cost per square meter and availability for purchase by all segments of the population + providing buyers with housing in the format of «apartment on the ground». The Bliznatsi Village project fully complies with these goals and objectives of the company.
The ideal location of the house on the cardinal points and panoramic windows not only made the house bright, warm, dry and cozy, but also provided residents with an aesthetic perception of the surrounding world due to the opening view of the hills, fields and nearby villages.
